Hardware Service

Mac Central understands the importance of efficient and effective hardware repair and service. All service calls are handled promptly to keep your down time to a minimum. Our qualified technicians perform repairs on computer equipment, peripherals and image setting equipment. Service can be performed either on-site or at our service facility.

Need-To-Know Training

Many of our customers don't have the time or the resources to maintain and troubleshoot computer systems on their own. From acting as your internal IT staff, to giving you the critical information you need to maintain your own systems, Mac Central's Need-To-Know Training will teach you the functions and capabilities of your system that relate to your specific needs, not information you'll never use. We offer timesaving tips and customized training programs that apply directly to your company's work flow.

Pricing Policy

We do not try to compete with discount superstores and catalog resellers for price. Likewise, discount superstores and catalog resellers cannot (and do not) offer service like ours. Our goal is to provide customers with computer equipment at a reasonable price backed up by the service and support that we've become known for. We are Value Added Resellers, therefore we provide people with solutions and not just equipment. Supplying the best product for the job, while keeping your current budget and future needs in mind is the end result of every sale.

We accept purchase orders from approved accounts, all others are COD unless terms are arranged in advance. A variety of leasing options are available, ask your sales person for more details.

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior approval and a 10% return fee will be applied. Purchases of any opened hardware or software packages are final.
